Northern Italian Wine Tasting at The Ashford

The Ashford takes you on a journey of northern Italian wines! We will be hosting Camilla Scavino, the Owner of La Carlina, a small family estate in Grinzane Cavour in the Piedmont Region. Enjoy different varietals with small plates especially prepared for the experience.

Wine selection:

- Rosato Frizzante "Aive"
- Langhe Bianco "Serafina"-

- Langhe Nebbiolo "Volubile"
- Barolo "Bricco Carlina"

Small Plates:

- Antipasto: prosciutto w/ melon basil & honey. burrata w/ leek & grapefruit
- Insalata: field arugula, roasted pears, crispy guanciale, lime vinaigrette, parmigiano
- Pasta: marinated shrimp, squid ink linguine, lemon butter sauce
- Bistecca: petit tender steak, cauliflower puree, preserved lemon, herbs
- Dulce: dark chocolate budino, espresso crumble, grapefruit chantilly

$70 per person plus taxes and gratuity. Wines will be available for purchase after the event at a discount.
